I am a 34 year old man who is married with 2 children. I didnt graduate high school but i did later get my GED.i am a assistant manager at a local fast food resturant. i want to further my education.i have been thinking about going to college. There is a college where i live called bethel college. they have a program called bethel success. with this program i can earn my bachelors of science degree in management and orginizational development.through this program i can earn in in half the time of a traditional college.i can go to class one night a week for approximately 3 years.there are 4 terms to start. upon successful completion i will have earned 48 semester hours.this will take approximately 18 months.the cost for these 4 terms is $16,368.00. then i will have to do 4 more terms to get my bachelors degree in business management and orginizational development.i will earn 42 semester hours in this term.cost for these 4 terms are$14,322.00.would this be a waste of time?
i know that i will be able to get financial aid. its just that that is a lot of money that i will have to pay back. is it worth it? what should i do?what are my chances of getting a good job afterwards?

Good for you! Education is always worth pursuing but doesn’t require an expensive program. I suggest you take classes at a local community college - it costs less, you can pay as you go and you’ll get a good feel for college work before you sign a piece of paper that gets you in debt. ask to see the contract before you sign it.
getting a BA in 3 years isn’t all it’s cracked up to be - you’ll have lots of homework and will probably welcome more time in which to cover the coursework.
